Depending on your needs and current availability, we will inform you about the flats or studios that we believe are suitable for you. You will sign a lease for a minimum of one year.

One-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats and stylish studios with a special and distinct layout and character are available for rent, covering a wide range that can meet the needs and tastes of any tenant.

The rent includes the following, at no extra charge:
1. Unlimited use of the WiFi in all building areas
2. Building fees
3. Hot water

There are security cameras in the common areas. You can enter using a magnetic key card for the main entrance and there is an intercom per flat.

Prompt response to maintenance issues and provision of cleaning services.
